新建本科院校转型发展若干问题思考

新建本科院校向应用技术类型高校转型发展既是国家构建现代职业教育体系战略要求,也是经济发展、产业升级的现实需求,但新建本科院校转型应用技术类型高校并不是一个内在积累自然演进的过程,相反,转型发展充满了复杂性和挑战性。新建本科院校应在＂三转变＂、＂四提质＂和＂四增值＂内涵建设中进行自我价值和社会价值的重新调整与定位,构建与职业教育类型相匹配的运行机制,进而实现从新建本科院校向应用技术类型高校顺利转型。

Considerations on Several Problems in the Transformation and Development of Newly-built Universities

Newly- established colleges are making an attempt to transform to technology- applied universities（ colleges）,which can be seen as both a national strategic demand to build a modern vocational education system and a need to develop economy and industry. However,this transformation is not an internal accumulation and a natural evolution process; on the contrary,it is full of complexity and challenges. Therefore,newly- established colleges should readjust in self- value and social- value in the process of ＂ three- shift＂, ＂ four- improvement- in- quality＂ and ＂ four- enhancement- in- value＂ and should build the operational mechanism that matches the vocational education type so as to realize the smooth transformation from newly- established colleges to technology-applied universities（ colleges）.
