罪犯矫正教育的中外比较研究

罪犯教育主要是指监狱在执行刑罚过程中，对服刑罪犯所实施的旨在转变其犯罪思想、行为恶习，教授其文化知识和生活技能的各项活动的总称。应该对罪犯教育的强制性原则、罪犯教育的内容、罪犯教育的实施方法进行中外比较研究，找到不足和差距，进而吸收借鉴，修改完善我国罪犯教育法律规定：一是尽快修订《监狱法》；二是完善罪犯教育的基本原则；三是修改刑罚执行、罪犯教育具体原则；四是规范罪犯教育内容。

Comparative Study of the Criminal Correction and Education between China and Foreign Countries

Comparison and analysis of the compulsory principle of the criminal education,education content,and the implementation method of the criminals education at home and abroad shall be taken to find insufficiency and gap,and introduce,modify and perfect our country’s criminal education law: one is to amend the prison law as soon as possible;two,the basic principles of criminal education shall be improved;three is to modify the penal execution,the specific principles of criminal education;four,criminal education content shall be standarded.
