| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee specifies that we must emphasize the network public opinion.In order to direct against the pitfalls of countering measures,the local government must establish the countering mechanism of network public opinion including rapid response mechanism and rationally facing the network negative news,dredging multi-channel public opinion expression.Moreover,we cannot equate the network of public opinion as a complete public opinion. |
