论现场搜索的方法

目前公安学科存在两种错误的研究倾向：一种是＂推倒重来＂,不顾公安学科建设的固有基础与发展现状,完全照搬英美的所谓＂先进＂理论而试图重构我国相应学科的知识体系;另一种是＂固步自封＂,以自己所在行业、所在学科、所在院校、所在地域等范围画地为牢,无视学科发展的自有规律以及相互渗透、日新月异的发展趋势,无论在理论还是在实践层面均因循守旧。现场搜索作为现场勘查技术学科体系的重要组成内容,其方法以及相关问题的研究目前可谓含混不清,究其原因归根结底应是现场搜索内涵与外延的未定状态。

On the Way of the Crime Scene Search

At present,there are two wrong research inclination in the public security subject,one is the"starting again",regardless of the base and development situation of the subject construction,completely copy the so-called European advanced theory,to try to reconstruct the knowledge of the related subject;the other one is the "continuing walking in the old steps and secluding oneself",confined in the area,the subject and the district of one’s own,regardless of the development of private law subject and the development inclination of the mutual penetration,following the beaten track both in the theory and practice.As the important composed part of the crime scene investigation technology system,the way and related problem of the scene search is ambiguous,and its basic reason is the undefined situation of the crime scene’s connotation and denotation.
