| Abstract: | Negotiation is of vital importance in the case of hostage hijacking. Both the commander and policemen involved should be clear about the function of negotiation, make good preparations, master general patterns and be alert to what happens in the negotiation so that they can take corresponding measures in the progress of the negotiation. |
