| Abstract: | Socialist political civilization, material civilization and spiritual civilization form the basic contents of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To build socialist political civilization, we must uphold the leadership by the Communist Party of China, and achieve unity in encouraging the people to be the masters of the country and governing the country by the rule of law. Such unity is the basic framework and supporting point for China's political restructuring and political civilization building. |
