| 摘 要： | 漓江是桂林之魂,以漓江为代表的桂林山水是中国的旅游名片,漓江不仅是中国的也是世界的。党和国家高度重视对漓江的保护,邓小平和习近平等党和国家主要领导人为保护漓江作过重要指示。如何科学保护漓江,实现可持续发展是当前桂林面临落实科学发展观的重要课题,也是建设桂林国家旅游综合改革试验区的重要内容。
