综合安全视阈下的新疆兵团应对措施研究

保障国家西北边疆安全是新疆兵团的重要目标。随着国家安全内容不断丰富,国家安全理论已经由军事安全过渡到以政治、经济、军事、文化安全为核心内容的综合安全。鉴于国家安全理论的变化,研究兵团保障在政治安全、经济安全、军事安全、文化安全中的应对措施,将有助于进一步总结兵团建设的经验,为兵团在新时期更好地发挥"三大作用"提供有益借鉴。

Study on Relevant Measure Taken by Xinjiang Corps in the Perspective of Overall Security

It’s vital goal for Xinjiang Produnction & Construction Corps to safeguard the security of northwestern borders.The rhetorical connotation of national security,with the theory of national security richening growingly,has been transited from unitary mili-tary security to overall security taken political security,economic security,military security,cultural security and so on as core of con-tent.Studying on relevant measure taken in securing borders by politics,prospering borders by economy and stabilizing borders by mili-tary will be conduce to summarizing the experience of corps construction further and provide available example for Corps to realize "three great functions"better in new era.
