| 摘 要： | 《劳动争议调解仲裁法》对劳动争议调解作了一些新的规范:劳动争议调解组织由单一的企业内调解扩展到多元的社会调解;工会在劳动争议调解中的身份更进一步明确,调解组织调解的劳动争议范围也扩大了。《劳动争议调解仲裁法》的颁布实施,将解决长期以来在劳动争议调解中的一些难点以及工会在劳动争议调解中的尴尬地位等问题。但同时劳动争议调解仍有需要进一步完善的地方。
