论法的价值的特性

法的价值表现为客体的法对作为主体的人的需要与目的的满足与实现,它存在于主客体之间的价值关系中。客观性与主体性是法的价值的两大特性。法的价值的客观性来源于客体存在、主体需要的客观性,表现为价值实现状况的客观性;法的价值的主体性表现为法的价值因主体而异,但并不表现为价值相对主义。

On the Features of the Leal Value

Legal value is represented as satisfaction with subject's needs and targets and their realization by the law of object.It is consisting in the value relation of subject and object.Objectivity and subjectivity are the two significant features of the legal value.Objectivity of legal value could be traced back to the objectivity of object's existence and subject's needs,and represented as objectivity of value realizing condition.Subjectivity of legal value is represented as differences of legal value in accordance with various subjects,but is not represented as value relativism.
