| 摘 要： | 腐败行为的存在有着深刻的正式制度和非正式制度原因。以清廉收益和腐败收益为变量建立效用模型,通过效用最大化分析得出非正式制度影响清廉收益和腐败收益之间的替代率,从而进一步影响腐败行为;正式制度主要是通过影响腐败的期望收益,进而影响公职人员的预算线,最终影响到腐败行为。

| Abstract: | Corruption is closely related to the causes of the internal and the external institution.With an effectiveness model based on the legal income and the illegal(corruption) income as the variables,an analysis of the maximum effectiveness reveals that the substitution ratio between the legal income and the illegal(corruption) income is controlled by the internal institution which in turn will influence the degree of corruption.The external institution influences mainly the expected income from corruption and then the budget expectation,which will exert influence on corruption. |
