巨额财产来源不明罪相关问题探讨

近年来,随着巨额财产来源不明罪犯罪案件的大幅度增加,社会各界对修改巨额财产来源不明罪的呼声很高。2009年初,十一届全国人大常委会第四次会议初步审议通过的刑法修正案七（草案）,虽然对本罪进行了一些修改,也加重了刑罚处罚,但是笔者认为仍不够科学、严谨,不能很好地适应反腐败工作需要。本文试就一些问题进行了粗浅的探讨。
