| 摘 要： | 本文结合检察机关执法办案实践,从转变执法观念是根本,突出办案效果是关键,完善执法机制是保障等三个方面,对检察机关如何在行使检察职能中服务经济社会发展,服从国家工作大局,保障社会和谐稳定,推进社会矛盾化解,进行了简要探究。

| Abstract: | This paper,combining with the practice of prosecution,from the foundation of changing concept of law enforcement, the key of highlighting the effect of handling the case,the guarantee of improving the enforcement mechanisms to conduct a brief inquiry on how the prosecution serve the development of economic society,subject to the overall state situation, ensure social harmony and stability and promote the resolution of social conflicts in the exercise of prosecutorial functions. |
