对警察防卫控制训练中案例实战模拟教学法的研究

公安院校是培养警察的摇篮,胡锦涛总书记明确指出：＂在全部公安工作中,队伍建设是根本,也是保证。＂公安院校教育教学质量直接决定着新时期警察的基本素质,是公安队伍建设的基础性环节,而教学质量提高的关键在于教学内容和教学方法的改革和创新,这也正是当前公安院校教育教学体系改革的方向标和动力源。为此,笔者就何为案例实战模拟教学法;在警察防卫控制训练中实施案例实战模拟教学法的步骤、特点、作用、效果和意义等作以阐述,使其为提高转制后公安院校新警的警察防卫控制和警务战术服务,改变当前警察防卫控制训练中普遍存在的＂竞技化、形式化、过分军事化＂的异化现象,使警察防卫控制训练和公安实战有机结合,真正实现其功效最大化,既在法律意识和自我防卫意识的统领下,使受训学员具备过硬的警察防卫控制和警务战术水平,真正达到＂育警强警＂的目的。
