Study on establishing and improving social security protection system of the integration of management and control

The public security organs should focus on four requirements of low incidence, good order,stable society and satisfied people in order to build the social security protection system of fighting, preventing,managing and controlling,to achieve the goal of accurate combat,active prevention and control,fair law enforcement, high quality service and harmonious police camps and to play the effective role in the strategic objective of serving the economic development and constructing the harmonious society.
