| Abstract: | Corruption and degeneration is a tumor in our society and the construction of legal systems against corruption has drawn great attentions in the world. Hong Kong SAR government has achieved great success in this area. An analysis of its legal system against corruption will certainly be beneficial to the anti-corruption campaign in China and the harmonious development of special economic zones. |
