十八大报告是一篇贯穿法治精神的纲领性文件.法治在十八大报告中成为一个新亮点,出现了新表述、新定位、新动向,释放了中国社会主义法治建设趋向的最强烈信号.同时十八大报告中的法治具有深远的现实意义,是全面建成小康社会的迫切要求和必由之路,同政治体制改革要求相适应,全方位、深层次为政治改革护航.
