大学生村官发展现状调查与分析——以江苏省连云港地区为例

通过对江苏省连云港地区大学生村官发展现状的实地调研,大学生村官的价值取向多元化,跳板意愿浓厚,所从事的工作内容不明确,工作重心偏离农村。从各地对大学生村官计划的落实情况看,各县之间呈现出不平衡性,且同一县内各镇之间也不平衡,大学生村官生活压力大、岗位流动频繁。对此,应从宣传工作、领导重视、加强培训、基础保障等方面入手进一步做好大学生村官发展工作。

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Development of the Student Village Officials- Taking Lianyungang Area of Jiangsu Province as an Example

Through the investigation on the development status of college students village official of Lianyungang Area in Jiangsu Province,it is found that value orientation of college students village official is diversified,their work change will are strong,the work content is not clear,the focus of the work are far from the countryside.The implementation of college student village official plan shows the imbalance between counties and towns in the same county,their life stress is strong,and post flow frequent.In this regard,we should further improve the college student official development work by propaganda work,leadership attention,strengthen training,basic guarantee and other aspects.
