本文以＂刘双云纵火案＂为切入点,分析了当前诸多如＂裸体讨薪＂、＂模仿新闻发布会讨薪＂甚至由讨薪未成而演变为暴力性犯罪事件背后隐藏的深层次问题。阐述了当前＂农民工维权难＂的现状,分析了＂农民工维权难＂的原因,提出了解决＂农民工维权难＂的对策,以期引起社会对农民工基本权利和生存状态的关注,避免农民工流血、流汗又流泪现象的发生。
