| Abstract: | In order to perfect the supervisor system in this stage, supervision web should be strengthened, supervisor channels be mediated and power restriction be reinforced. Further more, we should go step further in perfecting legislation to restrict power and realize legal supervision of power. Now the focal points in counter-corruption are restraining right corruption and forming effective supervision over right. |
