我国农户富裕程度与进城务工关系的实证分析

工业化对于一个国家经济腾飞的必然性，已经被西方发达国家的经验所证实。在实现工业化的过程中，农村劳动力转移是世界各国都曾经或必将面对的课题。现阶段，我国农村劳动力转移突出地表现为农民工进城问题。本文应用一手调查资料，从农户行为的微观角度研究了农户富裕程度与农民工进城务工的关系。分析显示：农户的家庭纯收入水平不同，农民工在进城动因和障碍、进城途径、进城费用和收入等方面表现出一些共同的趋势和规律，同时也显示出一定的差异。考虑农户家庭纯收入水平的差异，制定相宜的政策，将加快我国劳动力转移的步伐

An Empirical Analysis on the Relation between Peasants' Richness Degree and Peasants' Entering the City

It has been proved in the western developed countries that industrialization is very necessary to make its economy soar.With the industrialization,labor immigration is the problem which has been and will be dealt with by every country.Currently,in China,the main question during this immigration is the peasants entering the city.By using the fist-hand investigation materials,the present study tries to analyze the relation between peasants' richness degree and their entering the city.Our study shows that due to the different domestic net income for different peasants,there are not only common rules and trends but also differences in the cause and obstacles,the approach,the charge and earning when they enter the city.Considering the domestic net income differences,appropriate policies should be established to quicken the pace of labor immigration in China.
