| 摘 要： | 网络赌博是近几年来兴起的一种赌博违法犯罪活动,具有组织严密,诱惑力大,参与人数众多,赌资巨大等明显特征。只有完善禁赌立法,加强对网络的监管力度,建立长效机制,实行综合治理,才能有效遏制网络赌博违法犯罪。
