论公安工作中公平正义理念的树立——社会主义法治的价值追求问题初探

在公安工作中树立公平正义的理念是社会主义法治的内在要求,是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要,也是由公安机关的法定职责决定的。但是,由于错误执法观念的影响,思想教育活动流于形式及公安执法监督浮于表面等原因,导致了公安工作中公平正义理念的缺失。在当前形势下,应采取加强思想政治工作,通过合法、公正、效能、公开的执法实践推进以及加强执法监督等措施,使公安民警在公安工作中牢固树立公平正义的理念。

On the Fostering of the Concept of Justice in Public Security Affairs

To foster the concept of justice in public security affairs is one of the inherent requirements to build a socialist country under the rule of law.It is also demanded by building a harmonious socialist society and required by the judicial responsibilities of public security organizations.For various reasons such as the wrong ideas of enforcing laws,the formalistic ideological education and the negligent supervision for police officers,the concept of justice has not been formulated in the police.Under current situation,in order to foster the concept of justice for all police officers,ideological education should be enhanced,legal,fair,efficient and transparent enforcements of laws should be implemented and supervision for law enforcements should be strengthened.
