International Cooperation Patterns Evolution and Cooperation Area Expansion on Petroleum

Although there has been a long history about the international cooperation patterns on petroleum,but it still remains limitation according to the view of the sustainable development and harmonious development view.When combed carefully these patterns evolution courses,it is found that the area of the international cooperation on petroleum has existed limitation and the flaws on system.In our ideas,the international adjustment pattern shall be adopted in the expanding international collaboration area of petroleum in order to achieve the goal of the sustainable exploration development and fair assignment and expense of oil resource in the world scope.
