| 摘 要： | 为实现2020年全面建成小康社会这一奋斗目标，我国经济必须建立在优化结构、提高效益、降低消耗、保护环境的基础上，努力实现经济又好又快发展。基于政府绿色采购在产业结构优化、资源循环利用、节能减排、环境保护、实现经济可持续发展上的重要促进作用，探讨我国政府绿色采购现状、问题及其改进的措施。

| Abstract: | To achieve the goal of building a well - off society in 2020, China＇s economy must be built on optimizing structure, improving efficiency , lowering consumption and protect the environment in order to achieve economic development well and fast. Government green procurement is based on the optimization of the industrial structure, resources recycling , energy- saving reduction, environmental protection, and which is playing an important role in economic developing. In this paper, the author mainly discusses situation, problems and measures of Chinese Government green procurement. |
