| 摘 要： | 目的观察亲子鉴定常用STR基因座的三带型现象，分析探讨其特点。方法分析11985例亲子鉴定（含29111个个体）的STR分型数据，筛选三带型事件，统计三带型的频率并分析三带型的特点。结果三带型的检出总频率为0．0721％（21／29111），其中D21Sll检出率最高，为0．0172％（5／29111）；D18S51检出率为0．0137％（4／29111）；FGA检出率为0．0103％（3／29111）。Typel三带型携带者随机传递一个等位基因给子代，Type2携带者可遗传两个等位基因给子代。结论三带型结果较少见，判读须慎重。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the phenomena and characteristics of three-banded patterns in autoso- mal STR loci for paternity analysis. Methods STR data of 11985 paternity cases （29111 individuals） was analyzed. The three-banded patterns were screened. The frequency of three-banded patterns was calculated. The feature of three-banded patterns was analyzed. Results The frequency for three-banded patterns in autosomal STRs was 0. 0721% （21/29111）. The frequency of three-banded patterns was 0. 0172% （5/29111） at D21Sll, 0.0137% （4/29111） at D18S51 and 0.0103% （3/29111） at FGA. The carriers with the Type1 pattern randomly transfer one allele to the offsprings. The carriers with the Type2 pattern may transmit two alleles to the offsprings. Conclusion Three-banded pattern events are rare and need careful assessment. |
