中华新文化建设视域下的儒家公正观与墨家平等观的对比研究

公正和平等是我国社会主义核心价值观的主要内容之一,当然也是我国社会发展的核心价值目标之一。不仅如此,公正与平等还是道德哲学和政治哲学的核心问题。对于社会主义市场经济条件下的中国来说,伴随贫富差距的不断拉大,各利益集团之间的矛盾显性化,那么如何通过改革完善法律制度,逐步实现社会公正和平等,既是党和政府的重要使命,也是人民群众的强烈期盼。儒家的社会公正思想比较丰富系统,但没有论及社会的平等问题;墨家公正思想不如儒家的深刻全面,但对平等问题有很好论述,两家恰好形成学术上的优势互补。站在批判继承中国传统文化的角度,儒家的公正思想和墨家的平等思想,都应是我们建设中华新文化宝贵的思想遗产和重要的文化资源。

Comparative Study between the Views of Confucian Justice and Mohist Equality from the Perspective of Chinese New Culture Construction

justice and equality is one of the main contents of China＇s socialist core values, of course, also is one of the core values goals of social development. Moreover, justice and equality is the core issue of moral and political philosophy. For China in socialist market economy, as the widen-ing gap between the rich and the poor, the contradiction between the various interest groups is in dominance, then how to improve the legal system through reform, and progressively realize social justice and equality, is not only the important mission of the party and the government, but also a strong expectation of the people. Confucian social justice idea is rich and systematic, but does not involve the problem of social equality;Mohist justice idea is not as deep and comprehensive as Confucian, but makes a very good discussion on equality, which forms two complementary academic strengths. From the perspective of critically inheriting Chinese traditional culture, Confucian justice and Mohist equality are all very valuable ideological heritage and important cultural resources for us to build Chinese new culture.
