| 摘 要： | 珠蛋白是一类能够通过铁卟啉环可逆性结合氧的呼吸性蛋白质,目前在脊椎动物体内已有4种类型的珠蛋白被鉴定和正式命名:血红蛋白(haemoglobin,Hb),肌红蛋白(myoglobin,Mb),脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,Ngb)和细胞珠蛋白(cytoglobin,Cygb),它们共同组成珠蛋白超家族(globin superfamily)。本文就珠蛋白的组织分布、结构特征、生物学功能及其在法医学中的应用等作一综述。

| Abstract: | The globins belong to a family of heme-containing respiratory proteins that can reversibly bind oxygen.Four vertebrate globins have been identified and named as haemoglobin(Hb),myoglobin(Mb),neuroglobin(Ngb) and cytoglobin(Cygb),which compose globin superfamily.The distribution,structure and function of the globins and their application in forensic medicine are reviewed in this article. |
