| 摘 要： | 我国基金业在经历了十多年快速的规模扩张之后,近几年遇到了较大的瓶颈。通过分析阻碍我国基金业发展中所存在的系统性风险较大、基金资产组合趋同、人才缺乏、公司体制落后等主要问题,提出了相应的解决对策。
