| 摘 要： | 近年,中国企业在新加坡的投资迅速扩展,在新加坡上市的中资企业已颇具规模.中资企业在新加坡投资与经营为我国企业实施"走出去"战略提供了有益的经验,促进了企业经营管理机制的转换,提升了企业的国际竞争力.不过,中资企业在新加坡投资仍面临着一些亟待解决的问题.
