Abstract:It is imperative to reconsider the relation between organization and employee because of more and more importance of performance management and the historical change of organizational theory.Reconsidering the relation between organization and employee has a special significance under the administrative ecology in China at present such as the team-building of civil servant and the improvement of various organization performance.
