"State in Society" and Political Resources of Women's Federation

The concept of "State in Society" provides a framework for analysis of relationship between state and society at the micro level and at the level of action.Based on the concept of "State in Society",this paper discovers that the political resources of Women's Federation have organizational characteristics in terms of elements,tools and stages.These mean that the political resources do not definitely lead to resources dependence.It is,thus,important for women's federation to make good use of political resources and to improve organizational structures and capability once positioning itself to its best advantage and clarifying its development goals.
