| 摘 要： | 以促进公正廉洁执法为目标,全面加强和改进诉讼监督工作,是全国检察机关深入推进三项重点工作的重要任务。诉讼监督的目标与现状,决定我国诉讼监督机制在诸多方面需要完善改进,方能适应形势变化,满足人民群众对司法的要求。针对当前相关诉讼环节存在的监督缺位问题,依托现有法律规定,探索检察机关诉讼监督机制创新途径,完善对侦查、审判等诉讼环节的有效监督。
