| 摘 要： | 传媒教育承担着北京文化创意产业发展的重要人才保障功能。高职传媒教育作为传媒教育的重要类型,近年来随着产业发展和教育理念的更新不断变革,形成了特有的举办模式、师资结构、课程体系、实训体系和培养模式,本文在实地调研和文献研究的基础上,北京地区高职传媒专业现状和人才培养模式进行分析,并提出了建议。
