| 摘 要： | 我国的社区矫正试点工作反映出了许多问题,比如管理难的问题、矫正工作开展难的问题、公益劳动组织难的问题,梳理这些问题,深入探讨这些问题出现的原因及问题合理解决的思路,对推动社区矫正工作的开展与社区矫正制度建设具有重要意义。
