西方非营利组织理论研究的新进展

非营利组织兴起的原因主要有三个方面 :政府失灵、合约失灵、历史传统文化因素 ;非营利组织作为解决福利国家危机的妥协方式 ,也会发生志愿失灵、组织目标转移等问题 ;非营利组织与政府的关系主要表现为三种类型 :合作型、补充型、对抗型。

Development in Western Nonprofit Sector Theories

The main theories explaining the emergence of nonprofit sector could be divided into three stream, government/market failure, contract failure and theory with element of culture-tradition. Although believed to be flexible and efficient, nonprofit organizations could failure, and even could result in change of original goal etc. The relationships between government and nonprofits are demonstrate three main patterns, namely complementary, supplementary and adversary.
