多警种联合处警工作机制是广西公安机关社会管理创新中的新举措。实行多警种联合处警警务机制有其必要性,构建符合广西治安状况特点的现代警务机制,切实提高公安机关应急反应、治安防控和打击犯罪的能力,应思想上提高对新警务机制认识,体系上确保指挥体系与实战需要相适应,人员素质上提高民警处警综合素质与能力。

A Brief Discussion on Policing Mechanism Reform:A Perspective of Social Management Innovation in Public Security Institutions of Guangxi

Multiple police joint operation mechanism represents a new initiative for social management innovation in public security institutions of Guangxi.It is necessary to implement multiple police joint operation mechanism and construct the modern policing mechanism in conformity with the public security characteristics in Guangxi so as to effectively improve the public security institutions’ capability to respond to crisis,control crimes and crack down on criminal activities.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve the public knowledge of newly-developed policing mechanism so as to insure of a commanding system consistent with practical maneuvering and improve the police’ comprehensive operation quality and ability.
