健全完善统战工作机制，充分体现高校统一战线优势

建立务实有效的高校统战工作运行机制是加强高校统战工作的基本保障。我省高校特别是老本科院校有较完善的统战工作机制，并在实践中逐步得到完善，但存在的问题仍不容忽视。为了解决高校统战工作制度落实的质量有待提高、高校统一战线工作合力尚未形成、机构不健全、人员配置等问题，本文提出要加强对高校统战工作分类指导的研究、健全完善高校党外干部管理机制、加强高校统战机构和人员配置、构建“大统战”工作格局等措施，在突出工作重点、完善工作机制上下功夫．增强高校统一战线的凝聚力和创新能力。

Perfect united front work mechanism,fully embody the united front advantage

Establishing the practical and effective mechanism of united front work at universities is the basic guarantee for strengthening it. Fujian colleges and universities, especially the old undergraduate colleges, have great united front work mechanism and have been gradually improved inpractice. But there are many problems still not allow to be ignored. In order to solve those difficulties such as implementation without quality, the unformed force, and others in organization, personnel allocation and so on, this paper puts forward some measures to reinforce the research, in classified guidance, perfect the non-party cadres management mechanism at universities, strengthen the united front organs, and personnel allocation, and construct the ＂big united front work＂ pattern in order to improve the cohesion and innovation ability at universities, by focusing on the key point and completing the working mechanism.
