| Abstract: | A new development of public administration under new circumstances, new public administration is worthy of our reference in some of its theories and approaches. Nevertheless, some issues are to be further studied such as whether new public administration can become an independent new subject, whether the government and government officials are egoistic and whether the government is bound to be inefficient as well as theories about customer orientation. |
