| 摘 要： | 为了打击犯罪和惩罚犯罪,维护社会秩序与安全,国家的侦查行为也要随着犯罪方式的发展变化而随之变化。针对刑事犯罪具有的隐蔽性和暴露性特点,各国都采取了秘密侦查和公开调查相结合的双重方式,我国也不例外。我国应该借鉴外国的经验,尽快制定有关法律,把秘密侦查纳入法治化的轨道。
