试论台湾学运的历史沿革与演变特点

台湾3月份爆发的“太阳花学运”首度攻占“立法院”、“行政院”，创造了台湾“学运”新的“历史”。数十年间，台湾“学运”几经迭兴，深刻影响台湾社会的演进。从“学运”发生的时代背景与政治环境、“学运”的组织形式、动员与传播媒介、参与者的成分、“学运”与政党之间的关系、“学运”规模和产生的影响等7方面进行分析，可以发现台湾“学运”从缺乏主体性到获得自觉，力量在不断壮大，出现了一些新的特点，而其对于两岸关系的影响也在不断扩大。研究台湾“学运”有助于我们了解台湾社情民意及可能出现的种种挑战．更好她推动两崖关系和平发展．

The ＂sunflower student movement＂ which broke out on March 2014 occupied Taiwan＇ s ＂Legislative Yuan＂ and ＂Executive Yuan＂ for the first time, created a ＂new history＂ of ＂Taiwan student movement＂ . For decades, Taiwan ＂ student movement＂ rise and fall influence the evolution of Taiwan society deeply. From the time background and the political environment, the organization, the mobilization and media, the participants, the relationship between ＂student movement＂ and political parties, the scale and the influence in 7 aspects of analysis, we can find the Taiwan ＂student movement＂ from lack of subject to ob- taining consciousness, its strength is growing, there have been some new features, and its impact on cross- Straits relations have been continuously expanded. Studying on Taiwan ＂student movement＂ helps us to un- derstand the challenges and social conditions and public opinion of Taiwan, better to promote the peaceful de- velopment of cross-Straits relations.
