| 摘 要： | 我国古代就有回避制度。在发展社会主义市场经济的今天,古代回避制度的经验对于干部制度建设和廉政建设具有一定的启示：通过社会经济的全面发展铲除腐败的生存条件,通过回避制度与其他制度的配套建设使领导干部对腐败行为“不敢为”、“不能为”和“不愿为”。

| Abstract: | There was withdrawal system in ancient China. Today, when we develop socialist market economy, the experience of ancient withdrawal system has certain enlightenment to construction of cadre system and of clean an honest government: uproot the condition for the existence of corruption through overall development of social economy, make leaders "dare not", "cannot" and "will not" have corruptive behaviour through withdrawal system and other systems. |
