| 摘 要： | 面对当代西方政治哲学领域中对应得理论持肯定和否定态度的诸种正义观,凯·尼尔森运用反思平衡方法,提出了激进平等主义的应得范畴,指出不应将"应得"作为衡量正义与否的惟一圭臬,但是在一个适当和完整的正义体系中,应得原则应当占据一席之地.深入研究和思考应得与正义问题,有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Faced with different justice concepts which either affirm or deny the desert theory in western contemporary political philosophy,Kai Nielsen,adopting reflection balance method,put forward the desert concept of radical egalitarianism.He thought "desert" is not the only criterion to weigh whether it is just or not.However,"desert" should have its own position in a proper and complete justice system. |
