| Abstract: | we are now in the era of globalization,an era cumbered with the inner urge and historical mission of implementing the principle of "Human Priority and Harmonious Society",which requires us to criticize and reflect on China's current criminal law theory.By taking such measures,the reform of criminal law theory is expected to be further promoted so as to re-build the theory of criminal law and its system in different countries. |
