| Abstract: | Crime and crime prevention are two social phenomena which exist correspondingly.With regard to the modern features of the trans-national organized crimes,building a crime prevention system which covers national organizations,international cooperation organizations,auxiliary organizations,and public organizations and citizen representatives will be an effective way to fight against trans-national organized crimes. |
