| Abstract: | As an important part of attorneys' professional responsibilities, criminal defense highlights social values of attorneys to some extent. At a time when China' new attorney law is to be effective, the author makes an analysis of the difficulties criminal defense attorneys meet with in their practice and comes up with some countermeasures, with a view to helping improve the system. |
