检察公信力是检察权在社会民众中形成的权威力。检察公信力建立在合格的检察能力及效率之上,它既需要良性运作的检察体系,更要求灵敏和周密的检察触角,以实现民众和检察机关之间的互动。因此,对检察公信力的建设,不应仅仅着力于检察执法活动的细节完善,而应在此基础之上加大检力影响,下沉检察载体,延伸检察组织触角、服务触角、监督触角,以进一步提升检察公信力。
