| 摘 要： | 树立社会主义法治理念构建和谐社会是我党在新时期提出的新命题,社会主义法治理念是建立在马克思主义理论基础上的、反映和指导中国特色社会主义法治实践的现代法治理念。文章立足于山西的实际,阐述了社会主义法治理念和和谐社会的基本内涵,提出社会主义法治理念是和谐社会的必然诉求,对运用社会主义法治理念构建和谐三晋进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | It is the new concept to construct the socialist harmonious society and establish the idea of the rule of law.The socialist idea of the rule of law is a modern idea that based on the Marxist theory,guideing the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article formulates the basic content to construct the socialist harmonious society and establish the idea of the rule of law,and it is the necessity to establish the idea of the rule of law as constructing the socialist harmonious society.At last,the article researches how to construct the harmonious "Sanjin". |
