公民意识与法治国家

国家与社会的分离是公民以及公民意识生成的前提。公民意识是法治国家的产生、存在和运行的心理基础和社会人文背景。公民意识生成的逻辑前提是国家与社会的二元划分对于公民意识的分析与认识的客观基础,是政治国家与市民社会所奉行的运行规则的差异性。法治国家意味着对人的主体地位的重视和对法治文化的尊重。公民意识作为法律文化的组成部分是法治社会法律秩序内化的关键,法治国家不仅要以法律为基础,更要以具有法治精神的公民意识为基础。

Analyses the Citezen Conscious and Ruly by Law

This paper analyses the concept of citezen and citizen conscious and hold that the citizen-conscious in the meaning of law is based on the relation between public institution of safeguarding liberty and private society built on nature law.It points out that the construction of citizen-concsious in order to understand it correctly.Citizen-conscious is benefit of nation and ruling by law can come true as soon as possible.
