| Abstract: | Investigation is the foundation stone of the whole criminal procedures in which investigation pays a vital important part.In practice,the phenomena still exist that non-investigative organs,non-investigators exercise and interfere with the investigatory authority,and the investigative organs abandon,abuse and exceed the investigatory authority.The key to the problem is legality of the investigatory subjects,the investigatory objects and the investigatory contents. |
